The only reason why I bring up Donna and I get it, Signalgate is what separates my major contention here that I want people to add to the mix.

So my major argument, you have more than one thing can be true at once, is there's another layer to this, which is Article 1 of the United States Constitution.
They could not even, whether we had Signalgate or not, the administration, the executive branch is not supposed to be launching airstrikes without
being in consultation with the United States Congress.

And yes, you have an obligation to keep public records.
And each federal government has a schedule.
For me as a state senator, former state senator in Ohio, we had a schedule.
So all of our records had to be kept and disposed of in a certain way when we hit the time.
And they have the same obligation.
But they, meaning the federal government and everybody in it, has a similar obligation.
The timeline might be different.
We cannot depend on this administration to do anything correctly when it comes to that or anything else because they believe firmly that they are above the law.
