And so if you do want to create trust and you want to create a win-win solution, it must be genuine.

Like I said, the less formal discussions, the understanding of people's interests.
If you're just guessing someone's interests or you're making assumptions, that's not going to go down well.
But if you're making an effort to really understand that person and create value for them, that's really highly appreciated by people.

What would we do there?
Why would we, you know, I spoke about all the reasons why not to move to New Zealand.
