I did see it earlier when you had stepped up.
That was part of it, right?
I mean, that's the thing.
It's like a lot of people are probably very much often just not thinking about that as a topic that they're really kind of focused on.
Frankly, especially having worked with tons of different brands, I think something that founders in general and like just brands in general tend to not put a ton of
time and effort into and just exactly that learning that knowledge aspect of it, because one, it's annoying, and two, not the most fun thing to figure out.
I think that is interesting on your side of trying to turn it into more of a educative subject, because anything logistics related is probably one of the largest also pain points for a lot of founders, right?
Are you seeing that as well?
I think that's going to be apparent for everyone.
I think the happiest brands out there that I hear from are ones that at some point in time have found just the perfect small warehouse that they work with, 3PL, that happens to do everything they need, or they just bring it in-house, right?
And they end up doing their warehousing.
And I worked years ago at this point in time, you know, 2016-ish era of like working with a company on like building out their warehousing and like making it more efficient and went on.
There was that question at one point in time of like, is this even worth it?
You know, is the cost savings that we'll have in 10 years from now worth it for all of the sake that we're doing now?
And I think that is a thing that a lot of people probably don't dig into a ton is understanding whether it is worth it.
That kind of brings into my next question that I actually had for you, which was, is there a point in which the idea of a 3PL or even, you know, running your own warehouse or running your own trucks, are there what you would call like break-even points for people where it makes sense and where it doesn't make sense?
They knew other people who also needed a warehouse that they didn't like 3PLs.
And they're like, I can do this for you.
I think you're right there.
And every business is going to be different.
