We've spoken to brands recently where it's like, yeah, they have giant fulfillment, but they also happen to be like a manufacturer, right?
And so they're warehousing, they're manufacturing all in one building.
And it's like, yeah, it makes a ton of sense.
But then you talk to a brand over here who they're
manufacturing is across the globe.
It's in India, it's in China.
Does it make sense for them to just all encompass, send it off to a 3PL?
Sometimes it doesn't.
One of my favorite things always though is saying everyone has been their own warehousing if they've started a brand because everyone at some point in time has more than likely had products sitting in their garage, in their living room, in a bedroom.
But many people also know that.
And that's why I think a lot of them move into having a 3PL.
Alex, they know that it's a lot of effort and it's a lot of work.
And I love that you even touched on the seasonality side of it.
Right.
And since that a lot of people don't think of that holiday rush when they have their own warehousing and you have to hire seasonal workers and those seasonal workers are going to be only there for a while.
And it's, you know, tougher to manage them as well.
And you have to have more head count at the end of the day to be able to manage that.
You have to invest into that.
It makes a lot of sense for the right brand that is planning on investing like long term into the future.
But I've also seen it gone exactly as you say, awry a lot of times where people will start that process and not realize how much true investment goes into their own logistics.
