actual entitlement to legal representation for the victim throughout a case as well so a victim is handing over their notes they're then going in just as a witness for the prosecution and and what is done is very much out of their control and and really there is a there's a long way to go but at least what's happening now is a step change towards a fairer system
The current one is entirely unfair to the victims of sexual offences.
