Washington Senator Maria Cantwell says multiple major commerce highways remain flooded out and closed.

She estimates the closure of one of the busiest highways could have an economic impact of $7 to $10 million.

The head of the Washington National Guard, Major General Gent Welsh, says getting families back into their homes will be a long haul.
