Yeah, really, it's just, you know, just trying to command the ball.

Just get in the zone as much as I can, you know.

I really try to have a mindset of just, like, if they hit it, who cares, you know.

Just go after the next batter.

Just best on best, you know.

Just my best stuff against your best stuff.

It's really what I'm trying to do every time.

Yeah, so it was the end of the season in 2024, and I'd been feeling some pain in my arm all year, but it was nothing serious, just like soreness feeling.

And then towards the end of the year, I think it was the second to my last start, I felt like a little sharp pinch my elbow, but it was just on one pitch.

during a bullpen, and I didn't really think nothing about it.

So the next game I pitched in, it was fine until like the fourth inning, and then I started to feel that pinch coming back.

So I told my trainer, and then we went and got an MRI, and it was actually with Dr. Meister out of Dallas, Texas.

And got the MRI, told me it was torn.

So we talked about it, you know, just surgery was the best option.

And I got the internal brace with that, plus a full reconstruction.

And then, yeah, about probably about a 14 to 18 month recovery.

and rehab, and yeah.

Yeah, I don't know if it's the surgery or, you know, just like the rehab stuff, you're strengthening your shoulder, your elbow and all that, you know.

But for me, it's definitely helped me come back and throw in a little bit harder, having my stuff come out a little bit more.

But I think it's just all the rehab process, you know, strengthening your body for 18 months, you know, not doing pretty much baseball, but just like strengthening, stretching out and all that stuff can definitely help you a lot today.
