It was cut into good big chunks.
I browned it in the bottom of a casserole dish with a dash of oil.
I then added some chopped onions, carrots and potatoes.
I then mixed a stock cube in some water and added that to the casserole dish.
I put it in the oven on a low heat for a couple of hours.
Just to say, Mr. Alexander, that the stew was very nice indeed.
The beef was tender and enjoyed by everyone in the family from the smallest to the biggest.
I would recommend that it is very good beef.
