The Atlantic hurricane season officially ends today.

There were 13 named storms and three Category 5 hurricanes in line with expectations.

But for the first time in a decade, no hurricane made landfall in the U.S.,

The most destructive hurricane in the Atlantic this season was Hurricane Melissa, which hit Jamaica with 185 mph winds.

The White House is tightening the rules on who can enter the U.S.

after President Trump said he was halting, quote, migration from all third world countries.

Federal agencies made the announcement on social media.
