Traveling by car in the U.S.

may be complicated this weekend by the weather.

The National Weather Service says it's likely to stay cold for much of the U.S.

into tomorrow.

Winter storm warnings and advisories are in effect from North Dakota to Ohio.

Northwestern University has agreed to pay $75 million to the U.S.

government over three years.

The Trump administration has agreed to restore hundreds of millions of dollars in federal grants that had been frozen in a standoff with the school.
