For the past three seasons, we've been sitting down with real people living with chronic migraine and listening to their stories.
Stories that help us all better understand what it's like to live with this condition.
And for me, this has been very personal because I've seen what chronic migraine can do to the people you love, including my father and my big sister, Megan, who joined us last season and reminded me how impactful it can be when someone takes the time to understand someone else's struggle.
I think anytime someone takes time to understand something that doesn't directly affect them, I think that's a beautiful thing.
It builds empathy and connection and relationships.
And that's ultimately what's going to get us all through.
We'll also hear from friends we met in our very first season, like Priya, an incredibly talented artist who found a way to turn her struggle into something meaningful.
And we'll check back in with Qasim, who spoke openly about breaking stigma and creating space for more men of color to feel seen and included in the chronic migraine conversation.
Like always, we'll keep exploring chronic migraine from different perspectives, but what always stays the same is the shared thread of resilience, connection, and the reminder that people living with this condition want to feel understood.
And as always, we'll be joined by the wonderful Dr. Christopher Ryan.
