Okay, so our micro qualifications, they are really short, focused training programs that help people understand, apply and adapt AI in their everyday lives.
So each micro qualification is 50 hours of learning.
So it could be made up of 25 hours
either delivered online or through a tutor, and the rest is working on some kind of practical project, you know, trying to test how you use it.
So it's ideal for people who are time poor, who don't want to learn on an incremental basis.
And I guess one of the beauties of agile micro qualifications too is that they're very heavily subsidized, but also they were co-designed with industry and subject matter experts.
in AI to kind of make sure that we could condense all of that learning into small chunks of relevant learning.
Yes, there are four of them.
And so our education and training boards, which there are 16 are in the country and they're based in all the locations and they kind of even have smaller training centers around, but they will offer the micro qualifications.
And, you know, I think it is really beneficial because what they're really trying to do is to organize it, to meet kind of busy schedules of employers and employees.
So they're very flexible.
They're all locally run.
They're delivered either online or in person or sometimes in a blended, depending what the need is.
But I think the fact is that they are very focused on the needs of individual learners trying to start on that journey and get an understanding of what is AI.
you know, what does it mean to me?
What does it mean to my business?
And how do I apply it?
So I think it's really practically focused.
So of great benefit to everybody to get on board.
But also it gives people the confidence to dip their toe in the water.
