During the Vietnam War, and I'm old enough to remember it quite vividly, there were some people who said there were no atrocities occurring in Vietnam.
And my late mother once said, if I can quote her, she said those who want to know know.
And those who want to don't want to know will never know.
That's just the nature of the game.
But the fact that certain people don't want to know does not mean they're morally exonerated from what's happening.
I don't see that.
And I I would like to just say one last thing, as uh one last thing at this point, speaking personally for myself.
Now, Ed Miliban was very careful in his speech to say we have no quarrel with the Israeli people, we only have a quarrel with the Israeli government.
And he kept repeating that.
It's a quarrel with the government.
It's not just the quarrel with the government.
It was a national project.
It wasn't a state project.
Take the case of my own family, as I'm sure you uh you probably know, but you're so much younger that you forget these uh I forget the dissolving no, it's significant.
So, after World War Two, my parents loathed the Germans.
You couldn't say a nice word about the Germans in my home.
You would probably be throttled if you did, actually.
And every Jew in that period, нам тімбата фіфтіс, та сикстіс.
They all boycotted Volkswagen.
No Jew would buy buy a Volkswagen.
