Employment can be a source of stress, but overwhelmingly, employment is a source of health and wellbeing.

Social connection, really important.

I think somebody in Daniel's situation, I've said it already, but I think someone in Daniel's situation where there's a level of complexity about your life, you might just need some help to understand what's going on, what are the core areas that you need to address, and how psychologically to frame your thinking so that you can deal with them more productively.

And then somebody to hold your hand a little bit through that where you can experiment and then get some feedback and do that.

So it's evidence-based therapy with a feedback loop to see how you go.

And high levels of employment, of good quality work that's well appreciated and well managed, having money in your pocket.

There's nothing like having money in your pocket to have a reduced level of stress.
