I think they probably say cohort in France, not encore.
Anyway, they looked at people who ate out, look at people who changed their diet at weekends and evenings.
And what they found was that out-of-home eaters had a lower dietary quality.
The diet they ate was less good for the environment.
Those people who tend to eat organic food,
Tend to be also people who ate at home and didn't change their diet much at weekends.
And in fact, changing diet at weekends, one of my favorite topics, what it used to be, these days of GLP-1s, people seem to have lost this pattern of eating.
But the people in the old days, the old, old days, like two years ago, who successfully maintained their weight at lower weight were people who exercised a lot.
and people who didn't change their diet at weekends.
So changing your diet at weekends is something that you've got to be careful about.
Try and even it up during the week.
I know sometimes time is a problem.
Now, we didn't get a big response last week to my call out for what sound we should use when we talk about GLP-1s.
