Because you've got these randomized trials out there which suggest that at twelve months, unless there's a critical reason for needing it done such as that the nerves are really being damaged or somebody's totally disabled with the pain and it's really an acute situation, for common or garden back pain, at twelve months there isn't that much difference from doing relatively little and doing voice-verified
