I mean we talked it into our coaches, talked it into our players.
We will be the best.
And I think that's the attitude the US needs to have.
And I think a lot of people have it.
We just need everyone else to join in and I think we're getting there so
So when we started Florida Premiere, it was a very small neighborhood club.
We started with 15 teams.
We're up to over 500 teams currently, and it was built with the slogan One Club, One Family, about culture and making sure we are focused on the younger ages.
We have a program called Happy Feet.
It's an 18-month-six-year-old program, which we put a lot of resources in.
Start investing in the young ages and putting all of our resources in the development stage.
And then over the years, with quality, we were able to develop really good younger teams.
We invested a lot into coaching resources.
And then with quality and the culture we've built, people wanted to come join.
So we have now
We believe the strongest coaching staff in the country because a lot of the people from the outside that were seeing what's happening inside of Florida Premiere wanted to join, and our retention rate on our staff is 99%.
I think that plays a huge part in our success because over time, when we talk about culture, we were able to retain it, and we have a lot of people that have been with us since day one that under
