So, what I think a lot of the clubs in the United States have gotten better at is making sure that we are right reinvesting the resources that we have as clubs back into top coaches, coach education, and being able to develop more quality players.

Because if you look at how many kids are playing, you know.

Ecosystem, the numbers are tremendous.

Now it's as a country and as organizations figuring out how do we develop more quality coaches where we can develop more quality players.

We always say better coaches equals better players.

So now that's what we're really focused on is what can we do as a club to help develop these coaches because we have the players, now it's making sure

That the coaching is at the highest level, like they are in the professional academies, which is always a challenge as well, because again.

Europe has been doing it for much much longer than us on the soccer side at the highest level.

But I think again the strides we're making are huge strides and I think we're getting very very close to be caught up with Europe.

So that that's interesting because we were talking to Mark Auer.

That is what I'm saying.

And I think as the non-pro fully funded academies, what we have been doing with Florida Premiere is sponsorships and then having huge funds available where no kids are left behind.

So there's always a way to find ways where yes, it's pay-to-play, but there's always ways to create funds within the organization.

We give out close to

$300,000 in hardships and scholarship money where every kid is every year.

So that way every kid is never left behind.

So we make sure we've never turned the kid down.

We work with the families.

So there is ways to get to that where every kid gets the opportunity, and that's how it should be because.
