It's just like, it's something that you can just put on your mattress and it's less expensive than the eight sleep.
So I think that that might be a better solution for a majority of the population.

I also like the elevation aspect.
I think Huberman just had a podcast where he was talking to somebody about like,
having your head slightly elevated for lymphatic drainage when you sleep.
Really?
Yeah.
So when you're sleeping, instead of sleeping flat, just have your head at slight elevation so that like your, your lymph, because your lymph is not going to be pumped by your heart.
It's pumped by gravity and movement.
Right.
But when you're asleep, if you're flat, right, you're not getting any of that, any of that kind of drainage.
whoa so just a slight elevation can be pretty powerful in terms of improving your um your sleep quality so that could be something you could try just a slight elevation yeah they make the bed frames where you can elevate like the head the head of it maybe yeah yeah or like was he saying specifically with a bigger pillow um i think he was mentioning like there are options if people can raise their bed a little bit that could be an option i just use a pillow because my my bed is not fancy in the in any sense right
it's a mattress, right?
So I sleep with like, you know, I sleep with like kind of like two pillows under me.
