Right.
And so part of that is I have built systems of accountability of people who they're empowered to tell me stop being in the it's done.
Like to get so so part of it for me is there's systems of constraint that I
have to put upon myself to like get myself out of the thinking that I'm in.
And especially when I think about specifically about speaking, about things like that, like repetition, like sitting within repetition is something that that is part of my practice.
And so I was listening to a podcast on YouTube.
This guy was talking about like 30
The notion of effortlessness and effort.
And they're like, he's like, effortlessness is not the lack of effort.
It is that you have done this thing so many times that the display of effort's not there, but the display of effort is baked into the thing.
And you're not necessarily distracting from the thing.
And so in my mind, like whether I'm building the system so I can get through and like
like not stop myself or is that I'm just like I've done the thing enough times that I have a new muscle for it.
So even I'm gonna be at Paradigms again in September and I actually owe them, they're like, Hey, what's your title and your description of your talk?
And I'm
Yeah.
And so I'm currently in a space where I'm like, okay, I'm gonna do a whole new talk.
Whole new talk.
No, like I'm not recycling anything.
But in that, what is it that I really feel compelled to talk about?
