Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Being friends with movement.

Well, it means being a human.

Yeah.

So, you know, it's funny because I came, I was always moving and I came to body work after being a moving person.

And I came to body work through wanting to learn more about anatomy.

So I understand being a moving person as just being alive, being inhabiting the space and time

of the body that we actually are already inhabiting and just having access to that and enjoying it and engaging in it.

And there's so many ways.

So yeah, I think that being a moving person is in part like being a musical person.

I also think that's part of who we are as well.

So I think it's about inhabiting the human spectrum of reality and existence.

So yeah.

Well, I think that every child I meet, every single child I meet and work with is a mover.

And, you know, some to various degrees, more coordination or not.

But when, you know, under certain conditions of the right sound or the right feeling, there's a kind of spontaneous expression that happens through the body that is just intuitive.

And so I would say to those who don't identify, I would say perhaps you've just forgotten.

I think that the body is a place of joy as well as pain.
