Yeah.
I mean, this isn't a deep inquiry.
Right.
And I what I mean is.
So one of the things that as a body worker, I have become more comfortable with and feels very actually concrete is that there are many, many forms of intelligence that make up who I am.
And if I'm going to look at the different qualities that are material in me, I can look at the intelligence of the bones and the connective tissue that's wrapping around them.
I can look at the intelligence of the kind of interstitium, the kind of material between, that's between everything, that's also kind of goo.
I can look at the intelligence of blood as it moves around.
from the heart and through the body and the structures that surround it, or the lymph, all of these intelligences have a different rhythm or tempo of movement, a different speed of communication and healing.
And together they are, you know, and then there's more and more and more and more, you know, it gets, it's very elaborate.
And Ida, as a biochemist, fully got the sense of this that had the depth of understanding, at least on the microcosmic level.
But we're a sort of constellation of all of these intelligences.
And I actually feel very clearly that our conscious mind is just one aspect of our intelligence.
um and and we've spent a lot of time focusing on that but the it's it's actually um connected into and receiving a lot of information from all of the rest which is much greater much larger and more varied in uh and so anyway i think we have access to this through the body we have access to these
intelligences and listening actually is the sort of key and core point of access.
Yes, I mean, the work of Bonnie, you know, Body, Mind, Centering, Bonnie Braveridge-Cohen, she actually wrote a lot of material.
There was this book produced by Contact Quarterly, The Feeling, Sensing Action, that I devoured as a teenager.
You know, it was sort of my first, like, entry point into just this whole other way of thinking.
So I was heavily influenced.
influenced by her i've done some studies with her i've had the great privilege of studying embryology with her which i you know highly recommend um so cool but yeah the the i was a dancer first so my entryway uh into some of these concepts is through moving and through a very particular world of dance uh contact improvisation
