Like I get a I get a car that I feel safer in uh when I'm driving and I feel I'm higher up and I have more visibility.

But actually I have greater blind spots around me in those higher cars when it comes to like when parking near a school.

school and with children's on this bigger, greater blind spots.

And obviously my children might be safer in the car, but your children walking to school are less safe.

But if you're getting a big car like that, maybe I should get one too.

More space.

Well, not purely switching to electric car.

Yes, size is really is really important, not just that the the the engine type.

Uh certainly the engine type helps with pollution, but size also matters for that as well.

Uh and there is that's why there are proposals out there now.

The tax strategy group that that uh

re recomm or make that it makes proposals or recommendations to government on how to reform our tax over over time.

It's like an internal uh department departmental group has begun to talk about having a a surcharge for weight uh on uh on VRT that we pay when we buy a new car.

And the Just Transition Commission that I'm on that looks at how we do our transition away from pollution fairly is also suggesting that that that that bears exploring because we need to

We need to keep keep bringing in revenue from cars.

And if everyone moves to EVs and they get lower taxes, well, that's an issue.
