Football won in the day and the joy and the diversity of it.
Despite the ethno-nationalism that is dominating politics to some degree, what you see in this football and this World Cup is like actually nationalism is about human connection around the world.

correctly to beat congestion, to fill in for public transport, to get to work when they need to.
And there was a figure I saw yesterday that I think 4% of commuters are using e-scooters as part of their journey.
So you're just punishing them because you're basically failing to control antisocial use of e-scooters or dangerous use of e-scooters.
And there's a few steps which I think maybe there's slight suggestion in the papers today, this is where the government will land instead of going for an all-out ban.
you know, you can require licensing and registration and insurance.
And you could move it from 16 to 18.
You could sort of ban, like you could give the guards the right to stop people to check that they have those things.
And you could just enforce the rules.
No, it's not.
Like cigarettes, you could ban the sale to under 18s.
You could even make parents responsible for making sure that their children don't have them.
