Yeah, I mean, I would say almost traumatic, right?

You know, you're like six years old.

You're leaving a safe country like Sweden into... I mean, New York back then wasn't like New York is today.

It was quite tough.

My mother having to learn everything, drive a car, and we didn't go to any international schools or Swedish-speaking schools.

We just went right into public school.

And I actually didn't understand a word, and I was sitting there crying in the classroom.

So...

I mean, I was always the guy who in school fixed the parties and took entry fees at the parties and made money for our class so we could travel to Greece when we finished school.

Yeah, so 20 years ago, actually exactly 20 years ago, on Ibiza in the summer where we would go with our friends, close friends.

And I just remember sitting, watching the sun come up with one of my friends who's

a prominent person in the music scene.

And just realizing that he was there every summer and having fun and making money and working with something that he truly enjoyed.

And I would have to go there in the summer and have fun, but spend money and then go back and be miserable.

And I said to myself, maybe I can make a living in music.

working with music just like a couple of my friends.

And I wasn't only just going to take a leap of faith based on a romantic idea of working with music.

I mean, there was a rational part of my assessment as well.

In 2006, the digitization of the music industry was just in the middle of exploding.

Production of music was going digital, meaning that anyone with a laptop...
