And frontrunner for the position of the prime minister is currently energy executive, whose name is Sergei Karetsky.
He's now a CEO of this huge state energy company called Naftogaz Ukraini.
And before that, he was head in various other energy companies.
So he really has a lot of experience in the energy sector, but he has never worked in the government position and lacks experience in running things at the government.
The main intrigue is around defence minister, Mikhailo Fedorov, who will be dismissed because the resignation of the prime minister triggers automatic resignation of the entire government.
It is a very tricky decision to decide whether you need to change your defence minister.
Fedorov was appointed only six months ago and he started many very promising reforms both in the army and in weapons procurement.
And he's widely praised by analysts for transparency, speed and efficiency of his decisions.
