Yeah, sure, whichever.

So it was a farmyard in the very beginning.
My grandfather just, I suppose, decided to start off the caravan park.
So he took those two fields, put some mobile homes on it.
I'm fairly sure it started off with 20, and that was in 1964.
My grandfather was advised against it by his own wife and a lot of neighbours, saying, you don't want those people coming down here.

So I stuck with it anyway.
And with the help of my father, he turned it into what it is today, really.
I think it's a great thing, too, though, for holiday parks in an area to have people staying within the country to holiday.
So it's a good thing for the local amenities and local town restaurants, everything else.
Parents and kids going in to get their haircuts.
I'd say any shops in Glisagory or Arklow would notice the increase in footfall.
There's an influx of, what, 86 families then all of a sudden.
in just this park.
And this would be a small to medium sized park in comparison to Manly.
There'll be some parks would have two, three, four hundred units on site.
So, you know, it's a big boost to the local area as well.
