And so I think it's really rich that Barry Weiss says all this stuff.
And she often says, too, that she wants to have a spirit of debates in the newsroom.
She doesn't care if you disagree with her, she says, but she wants to have a really spirited but respectful debates.
But it seems like when people actually challenge her and her views, she just fires them.
There was another example.
Claire Day, the international chief at CBS, was also fired, I think, last month because she didn't agree with Barry Weiss on how to cover Israel.
And so Barry Weiss says a lot of different things.
She says she claims to be, you know, someone who just wants to have these good faith discussions.
But when it comes down to it, she doesn't.
I think for now she has David Ellison's backing, and that's really all that matters.
But you're right.
We learned that dozens of people inside Paramount, including senior leaders, think that she is causing immense damage to the Paramount brand, to the CBS brand as a whole.
And they're dealing with the fallout.
Last night we reported in Status that CBS's entertainment chief, Amy Reisenbach,
has privately been trashing Barry Weiss and saying that she is inflicting harm upon the CBS brand.
And it's obviously, this is pretty obvious stuff.
