And it seems very clearly aimed at those shows.

You know, it's aimed at The View, aimed at these late night shows that Donald Trump watches and rages about.

But, you know, Brennan Carr is leading the FCC in a way that is unprecedented to his predecessors.

First Amendment principles the FCC is supposed to uphold.

And it's caused a lot of alarm amongst his predecessors.

Anna Gomez, the Democratic commissioner, has done a whole First Amendment campaign across the country raising concerns about how how Brennan Carr is running the FCC.

It's not just the FCC here.

The FCC obviously is trying to change these equal time rules, but they haven't done it yet.
