What do you do?

Well, you can't pick the building up and move it into a different location.

But y what you can do is either enhance the space or reevaluate the pricing.

Enhancing the space comes first.

You fit it out, see if you can reach a wider audience.

Maybe that gives you a pricing premium.

Not so much anymore, but back in the day, I definitely think so.

But today m probably not.
