That might depend on the demographics of the women they see.
They might be older and therefore their success will be lower or they might only accept second referrals and so on.
And so they're kind of concerned that just publishing that data would in some ways create a bit of a league table that could come with its own problem.
So it's a tricky kind of complicated problem.
It's something the Fertility Society of Australia is working with the government at the moment and that Senate committee looking into that is due to report in November.

Yeah, that's right.
So this relationship between HRT, or sometimes known as menopausal hormone therapy, and breast cancer, is fairly well established.
But the researchers in this particular study were interested in looking at two kind of unanswered questions that we still had.
So the first one being Are there breast cancer risks related to less than five years' use of HRT?
And do breast cancer risks persist after the use of HRT stops?
So on the
First question they found, and this was new, they found that the answer is actually yes, which is kind of goes against, I guess, commonly accepted knowledge or wisdom around this, which is that up to five years previously was thought to be pretty safe.
They found that there is a slightly increased risk for women using HRT for one to four years.
That risk is still relatively small, so it's about one extra case of breast cancer for every 70 years.
users of the combination treatment and about one extra case for every 200 users of estrogen only therapy.
On the positive side, there's very little, virtually no risk for women using HRT for less than one year or from the topical use of vaginally administered estrogens.
Yeah, interestingly they found that they the risk related to H so HRT related breast cancer risk, that gradually decreases after women stop using hormone therapies.
But there is some increased risk that can persist for more than a decade, actually, they found after use stop.
So the size of that risk post treatment really depends on how long the treatment was used for.
