The guy that yeah, he's you know, he's gotta be finished out to be paid eight million dollars this year, which is, you know, choice, right?
But he's gonna be a free agent.
Um what what you gotta realize with Freddy's not only is he a strikeout machine, but yeah, he left Milwaukee.
He had done he had had a great career there.
Um not so good in the playoffs, by the way, if you look at the numbers.
Um not super great in the playoffs, a good walk to strikeout ratio, a good batting average against the playoffs, but but he gave up a few runs, gave up a few home runs and cost him some games.
But I'll take my chances with him as far as getting uh Kyle Snyder.
uh and and uh and knock you know um the the assistant pitching coach into his fold because we've we've already seen year after year what what he can do.
And you gotta remember that Freddie Peralta left Milwaukee, went to a Metz team that had just redone their pitching coaching staff.
So not only was he going to a new team, but he was going to, you know, a new coaching staff that was trying to figure themselves out, you know, over there.
So they kept Mendoza, but they they revamped some of their coaches, right?
