So what I think what I read into it, of course, anybody can read what they want, but what I read into it is that there's a demand, like people realize, okay, everybody tells me I can be fantastic.
But in my company, I don't see it.

The reason I think this is this Hollywoodization dynamic is because at the same time, people report and also anecdotally that fresh graduates find it very difficult to find a job.
The number of fresh graduates who apply for jobs and get like zero hiring is doubling compared to a year or two years ago.
