People say, okay, one company fired 50% of their customer service, then next year or next month, suddenly they need to rehire more because they realize it doesn't work.
So I think there's a bit of uncertainty, but in reality, what you can say for sure.
That for many roles, one person can do the work of five sometimes more in the old way of work, right?
So once you adopt a new workflow, you can accelerate.
If you want to use the old workflow you're using anyway, then you're gonna still be slow because everything will be the same.
Just maybe the steps will be faster, but then not the overall outcome.
