So the two things that really inspired me were the VO2 Max because we know the higher the VO2 Max is,
the greater chance of living longer and living longer without disease.
So I was really inspired by that.
But I find it was the weeb constantly telling me I wasn't resting enough.
That actually inspired me to take it easier sometimes.
Yeah, well, it does like me moving.
It's very big.
It is a huge fan of cardio.
But it just means that if I push it hard some days, it does encourage me to do a little bit less the next.
So I quite like that.
But when we look in terms of the trackers and how they just say look at heart rate, it does make a difference the colour of your skin in terms of how accurate they are.
Now, they are continuously trying to improve.
But I suppose your tracker is always going to be more accurate against itself.
So again, it's looking at what is it telling you and the trends over time.
But it means that when you're comparing it from one tracker to the next or one person to the next, it can be less accurate.
But the whoop does not like you drinking alcohol, that's for sure.
So anyone who has a whoop.
Even, it's like it has an alarm mode that goes off when you go above one glass of wine.
Really?
