It was a Monday night.

You've got decisions to make right away.

It's got to be somebody you trust, though.

That's the thing that Keith Pelley has relationships throughout.

But there's lots of work to be done.

It comes back to what you guys were talking about yesterday, and I watched it.

It's like, okay, what does that mean?

And he doesn't have to go, I'm going to do this, this, and this.

But he left it open for interpretation.

And to me, whoever is...

applying for that job or being interviewed is obviously going to go, well, I have an analytics background or I have a strong, because he's already said this is what he's looking for.

So if I'm even a traditional old school guy, I'm going to be boning up on making sure that I'm well aware of the analytics department and how it's used and how it's applied.

So that was one prerequisite that I got out of yesterday's press conference.
