I do think it's good to get rid of Sharia law. matched

I certainly think we should do that. matched

So, again, I'm not going to lose any sleep over having a law put on the books that helps with that if it does actually help with that. matched

But I do think that it's... matched

The part I agree with Marcel about is that we have this whole thing about separation of church and state. matched

So when you start focusing on it from a Judeo-Christian perspective, it seems both a little wrong to me and a little just unnecessary. matched

It's like we have the Constitution, matched

And that is enough, in my opinion, to say all these things the DSA is trying to do and all these things that Islam is trying to do are in violation of the Constitution and in violation of both the spirit and the letter of the law. matched

And so it should be enough by itself to take care of this. matched

And state laws and other things should cover a lot of these things. matched

If there is a gap, though, I'm fine with it. matched

I mean, I haven't examined this law in detail to say, like, is there something that isn't covered that this would cover? matched

And if there is, then I'd say, yeah, let's go do it. matched

And let's do it at the state level and the federal level. matched

And I think the federal level is important because, again, you have all these blue states that are never going to do this kind of stuff. matched

you know, if we can get rid of or or have a way to enforce laws that would get rid of Sharia law in places that the state's not going to solve the problem, then I'd like to do that. matched

To some extent, I understand where he's coming from, and I do agree that the Constitution largely has been based on Judeo-Christian principles. matched

Now, again, we have the whole First Amendment and the freedom of religion, and you can't pass any laws to entangle the two. matched

But at the same time, matched
