The socialists want the money.
They want their money.
They want the rich people's money.
That's what it is.
It's not about, oh, you're not paying them taxes.
They might say it that way just because it's a popular way to say it.
But what they really want is redistribution of wealth.
They want to say, if you've got a billion dollars, I want that.
If you're a millionaire, I want to be a millionaire.
It's all about envy and jealousy.
And
That's the whole underpinning of that whole socialism idea is to say, and it is a total fantasy.
It would never work.
And, you know, it just doesn't.
You know, you pointed that out at the beginning where it's like none of this makes any sense.
It never made sense.
But because even if you tax them 100%, it wouldn't get what they want because there just isn't enough money.
And obviously we'd have a lot of other impacts if you did that.
And it already is having impacts at the 50 to 60% level where you're discouraging business that would otherwise probably be doing a lot more and a lot better and would rise all boats just like we've seen when things are going well in the economy.
