With a right of residency, which is a legal document that says that they can stay there until they die, which protects them.

But most banks will look at that and say, Hold on, my mortgage is with Johnny and Mary.

I like if they default on the mortgage, I can't call throw Johnny Johnny's parents out.

They're not on the mortgage.

So if they've a right and legal right to live there, we're not really comfortable with that.

But right of residency is an interesting thing where it protects the parents, but it might be more difficult to get the mortgage.
