What I would say on this is this Pat does.

What I would say is it's Pat, ultimately you're getting a better deal and they're getting 400 quid, right?
So does it really matter?
But what I will say d to give you the commercial reason why this is, imagine you're the bank who's given out the money and you're lending the money, and you have a car dealer who gives you
A thousand deals a year, or they have you who they're gonna get one deal off every four years.
Commercially, who are they going to give the better rate to?
They want to entice or enhance the car dealer to try and get that business directed b towards them.
And it's as simple as that.
It's just commercials, but ultimately, Pat, don't get caught up in the small stuff.
You're they're getting paid 400 quid by your bank and you're getting a cheaper rate.
It's all about the rate.
One of the things I never do, well what I would say is simple and boring is what you're looking for.
One of the things I never do is give out, whether it's on on social media, on Instagram, on here, anywhere, I won't give out product advice.
I won't say that product is the right product or that product provider.
And you know what's done really well for me, Claire, and actually if you don't mind I'll mention it, I I am getting about three, four or five times a week there's fake accounts for me going out on Instagram, people pretending to me.
There's been deep fake videos of me walking down the street talking and saying, Join my investment club.
And one of the things I've found is people have come to me, oh and I saw this account, didn't think it was you, because you never sell products.
And it's been really useful because people haven't got caught out because they're aware I never say, Oh, put your money into this product here.
I never do that.
