And it's not for me.
So there's a lack of a kind of a connection to it that it's something that you do.
We also have a history of it.
Like we weren't, if you think about what our parents did, if you had a few bob, you bought a house and that was the way we did it.
almost 70% of our wealth in Ireland is tied up in land and property, right?
We are really heavy invested in that.
But the other thing is, there's a bit of lack of trust there as well.
Well, the value of your investment can go down as well as up.
Yeah, but it can go up as well as down.
And this is the problem.
And this is one of the things, and I really think when we come to this investment scheme and when it's put together, it is important that we get the nuts and bolts of it right.
That the tax is right, that the access is right.
