There's no suggestion that that's what it is.
And one of the things that we have to be careful about is people saying it'll benefit Ireland.
It's not that it's directly going to benefit companies in Ireland necessarily.
It's about the economy and the future.
I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't.
I think if I was at the helm and pulling the levers here and trying to design this, I would just keep it really simple, stupid type set up at the very start.
Whatever comes in phase two and phase three and phase four, that's a different case.
But let's get the thing set up in a way that people really understand it from the start and get it out there and get it started.
And later on, if you want to create an Ireland fund and you want to move some of your money into the Ireland fund that just invests in Irish companies, that's a conversation for a couple of years' time.
I don't believe that should be done now.
