for something that is often described as a lottery ball, I think people are are not super up for that, especially in the position the Sabres are in where they're so set up to succeed.

So I I can see why there might be some hesitation about it.

About a a goalie of Hellbucks age also I think is a factor.

I mean he's he's into his thirties now.

And that's I I think that sort of anytime you see a three at the start of an athlete's n age and people just get skittish.

It's just the nature of the game at this point.

So I I think the combination of it being the goaltending position plus

Plus the age factor has made a combination uh for people to sort of I don't know, is it the best idea?

And I can sympathize with that.

I I got no issue if you don't love it.

Uh but what I do think you need to acknowledge is that he is one of, if not the best goalie in the world.

And that as much as you want to talk about goaltending being voodoo in a lottery ball.
