yep absolutely so yeah go on like these are all the it's I guess it's not surprising but it kind of is these are all towards the beginning maybe people are trying to do the full lap maybe they're starting at the beginning and just going through everything and that's why the first episodes build up but yeah I mean people have told us they've listened to the podcast on road trips and at the gym and I mean I couldn't imagine anything worse than listening to myself at the gym but yeah maybe it helps for some people
