which is where people who could otherwise work a full-time job in a meaningful career, if you like, they might end up with contract work because the full hours aren't required.
But I just want to add one thing.
Actually, I had two things.
The first is that if you go back in time and you think about, say, agriculture used to be like the biggest employment industry in the country, right?
And then you think about...
tractors and all the rest of it.
When people moved away from horses towards tractors, they didn't have to stand on the rotary hoe at the back.
People were up in arms like, what's going to happen to my job and all this stuff.
But then you think about all the jobs that having tractors has created and how much more efficient the world is and et cetera.
There's opportunity that comes with change.
So we've talked this whole podcast about investing in yourself.
If you're doing that, if you're actively investing in yourself, this will be business as usual for you.
In fact, it's probably exciting.
So look forward to that.
Embracing the future, not being scared of the changes to come.
