First one is, you may not know this about me, but in a former life I was a banker, but I lost interest.

That's the first one, so bear with me.

And I've forgotten the other ones actually, so don't worry about them, they're terrible.

One of the things that Kate and I wanted to do was get more females involved.

We've had events in the past.

I've held investors events with the team, and we've had probably 98% men.

And it's just fantastic to see so many women here tonight.
