I find Nicole's story to be inspirational because I'm not a homeowner, I'm going to admit that, but I think just listening to her kind of takes away the overwhelming feeling that most people who are saving for a property feel.

So I had no idea what I was going to talk about.

And I thought I'd talk about something that's really topical, financial independence.
