Uh going public is not just a fundraising um event, it's a marketing event.
And they're going to use that publicity to uh you know, to raise their profile even
Well, you know, Anthropic was really uh an afterthought outside of Silicon Valley until they had this big fight with uh with the Pentagon, right, over AI.
It stood for them, wasn't it, in the long run?
It actually was marketing event in their history for sure.
Yeah.
I mean it it killed open AI's consumer momentum because open AI was perceived as kind of appeasing uh the White House.
It made them an equal.
Yeah.
And um, you know, it it definitely accelerated their their revenue growth, uh, to the point that they had to go chasing after more compute to handle the the demand that that generated.
So really an accidental marketing campaign, but uh but nevertheless a successful one.
I think we're going to see a more deliberate effort.
