I've had that for years.

There is a ton of recipe there.

You know, I never take recipes out because there's millions of folk out there.

Not everyone has to buy my book.

It's just that exposure and I think really trust people now get the sense

Okay, I know her recipes work.

I know I can make it at home.

I know um wherever I'm in the world there are ways that we we we find ways and make it work.

I think for me so precious and just now seeing mothers sending me notes, opening the book with their children and cooking from it and getting excited.

For me it's so precious that um the next generation understands the value that food reconnects, you know, that that is our way to connect with our roots and the heritage.

That is really everything.

Of course, delighted that books are

well regarded sells well and blah blah blah.

But at the end of the day I really care so much about that um trust.

I think it's everything.

I'm so happy that they now invest in in this in in embassies.

You know, I I remember going to Jordan

um and a man and doing cookery classes and and the ambassador there unfortunately he passed away.

Such a lovely guy, Murat Be, and he would gather

all the folks from the Palestinian part, the Jordan part, the the the the or Christian part and says, Uslam Hanum, dear Oslam, this will be a lovely gathering for an icebreaker and just
