Some of the adventures we'd have ava as a younger fellow and Darcy Cameron was on the panel as well and he was struck by the fact that my m most of my stuff is this doesn't apply to everyone.

This is not a one size fits all like you meditation might be good for you, but it it might not be good for you 'cause you might think too much.

uh uh not very well known stat, but about five to seven percent of m uh people who try meditation have negative effects.

It's actually bad for you, right?

So you've got to be a little more nuanced about it and I think athletes these days appreciate the more individualized approach that that comes with that.

Uh I'll be having one on uh on Friday actually, 'cause I I've got my brothers uh coming along to the game.

Well they had already pre bought tickets 'cause they wanted to go.

They didn wasn't weren't sure if I was coming out.

And they're ready to go for a for a lad's brunch.

We went to the wor a couple of World Cups games uh over in America and they're ready to go for an early start again on uh on Friday, brunch, rolling into the game, keep kicking on.

I've I've I'm bringing dad for Father's Day as well, and they're all ready to have a great day.

And I I'm like, oh, I'll have, you know, I'll relax with you, but I can't be fully diving in because a lot of it, you know, I'll need to talk about either after straight after game, depending on how it goes.

or I need to be aware of what happened, let's say.

I can't be uh having other days where I've been in sports events and Brad you'll you'll appreciate this.

Sometimes you just forget the last quarter if you've had a great day, right?

I can't be having that.
